Please be kind to others and support them as you would want to be supported. No hate speech or bullying - Make sure that everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't acceptable, and degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Respect everyone's privacy - Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group. No tool bashing - If you are working with us, you will know that we do not tolerate bashing any training tools. We as trainers have spent a lot of time educating ourselves on different training tools and their proper and improper use and like everyone we have preferences based on what we have learnt. If you have any questions on certain tools, feel free to ask but tool bashing will not be tolerated. Ask questions! - This group is for you!
