Service Description
Assessments take place at our business address where Charlotte can use the area surrounding us to assess the behavioural issues you are facing in a controlled environment. We always want to see first-hand what problems you are experiencing so that we can understand the issues fully and help to advise the best training methods to help you and your dog. This session is for one dog to attend. If you have multiple dogs you would like to attend please notify us and we can book you a longer session if necessary. These sessions are anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour long depending on how the dog copes with training and/or weather conditions. ** Please note that by booking this session you are agreeing to our 48 hour cancellation policy. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a £90 charge to cancel or rebook.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
