Service Description

Individual one-to-one training sessions are held in local public areas that are known well by our trainers. Opportunity to work on a variety of behavioural problems you may be experiencing with your dog. You will be met at the location by our trainer, who will train and advise within your dog's limits. To book one of these sessions you MUST have completed an assessment appointment and been allocated one of our trainers. All location training needs prior approval from our admin team to allow us to include appropriate travel time. Travel (up to 10 miles distance) is included in this service. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.

Cancellation Policy

- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £90 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £90 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
