Service Description

Once you have had your assessment you can start your one-to-one coaching to help you and your dog work towards your goals. Our aim in these sessions is to teach you how to live life and do everyday things with your dog as easily and most enjoyably as possible. This session is held at our base in Spencer's Wood RG7, the full address will be given in your booking confirmation email. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.

Cancellation Policy

- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £90 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £90 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
