Service Description
Unlock the power of your dogs nose through tracking! Tracking teaches your dog to identify and follow a humans odour using scent articles! This is a low impact activity that all breeds, ages and skills can enjoy with lots of opportunity for progression once they have the foundations we set up in these intro sessions! For your session you will need to bring with you : - A harness that does not restrict shoulder movement, a y shape harness is best. Preferably one that your dog has not worn before. Please do not put this on your dog until asked! Your dog must arrive in a flat collar and normal walking equipment. A 7-10m longline Plenty of high value food A water bowl and plenty of water If your dog is motivated by toys, bring their favourite toy with you. All-weather clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for working outdoors A scent article: this is a small item that you have worn which will carry your scent e.g. headband, glove, hat, scarf or snood (no underwear). Please bring this in a sandwich bag. In case of heat, please be prepared to cover your car and bring appropriate necessities to keep your dog cool. In case of cold weather please be prepared with towels/coats to keep your dog warm. We will be working dogs one at a time; it is therefore necessary for your dog to be able to safely wait in the car until it is their turn. There will be at least one person staying with the cars at all times to ensure dogs' safety. If you have a dog who is anxious about this then please feel free to bring a member of family to sit with them between trails, or speak to me about it.

Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £120 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £120 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
