Service Description
Our puppy 1-1 sessions are with either of our NQT trainers Jess or Lily. We believe puppy training should focus on having fun and developing a strong relationship based on trust and effective communication between you and your new family member. It is important that we can set you and your puppy up for the best success possible for the future and therefore lay down the important foundations that can be built on as they grow. During these sessions we can cover anything from the following: - loose lead walking - marker systems - recall - play - calmness - confidence & exposure - manners around food and toys - health and nutrition - socialisation with dogs Your session can be split into two half-hour sessions if the trainer feels that would be beneficial. This is especially for younger puppies who tire quicker! Our fully qualified trainers are always on hand for additional support and advice. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
