Service Description
Our puppy 1-1 sessions are with either of our NQT trainers - Jess or Lily. We believe puppy training should focus on having fun and developing a strong relationship based on trust and effective communication between you and your new family member. It is important that we can set you and your puppy up for the best success possible for the future - therefore, establishing the important foundations that can be built on as they grow. Our location and home sessions give us the opportunity to work on indoor behaviour as well as taking training into "the real world." During these sessions we can cover anything from the following: - proofing training in high distraction areas - structure and routine - crate / settle training - house manners - confidence & exposure Our fully qualified trainers are always on hand for additional support and advice. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
