Service Description
Our everyday obedience bundle is designed to give you and your dog the skills you need to tackle everyday life together with ease and enjoyment! This includes 6 one-to-one sessions - 3 at Spencer's Wood, 3 at your Home or Other Location (travel included up to 10miles from our base - thereafter, charge of 45p per mile will apply). NB: Spencer's Wood sessions can be upgraded to Home/Location for a £25 charge). Your sessions will include: - engagement training - marker words - lead manners - everyday heel - sit and down with stability - middle - send-away - place training - recall - calmness - neutrality - and more! The aim of this bundle is to give owners a dog who is responsive to commands that they can take into everyday life with confidence and ease. When you purchase this bundle you will be asked to book your initial session at Spencer's Wood. All services to be booked within 6 months. We cannot guarantee that your dog will be perfect upon completion of the 6 sessions. Further training may be required. Payment due in full prior to first session. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
