Service Description
Make sure your dog is on the right diet for their individual needs with our independent advice service. Our nutrition team will analyse your current diet and steer you in the direction of the right diet for your dog's energy, behavioural and nutritional needs. As well as ensuring your dog has a balanced diet with appropriate and effective supplements that are tried and tested by our own Muttley crew. We are able to suggest options for most family budgets for raw, dry and wet foods and give you advice on what to look for in good quality food and treats for your dog. Consultation via phone or video call. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
