Keep on top of your training at a location - 2hr timeslot includes travel (30mins each way)
Service Description
On completion of a bundle of sessions, we can continue to assist you with training in various locations. Whether you are experiencing a particular issue, or just want to build confidence, our individual one-to-ones will keep you on the right track. Your booking request will need approval from our admin team. Travel time is accommodated for in the 2 hour timeslot. Your session will start approximately 30mins after the requested time. We will contact you if this is not possible for any reason. Travel (up to 10 miles distance from our base) is included in this service - thereafter, travel charge of 45p per mile applies. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
