Service Description
Whether you have various aspects of training to work on, or just one problem behaviour (from minor to extreme), this bundle of one-to-ones would be ideal. This bundle consists of 8 one-to-one sessions - 4 at Spencer's Wood, 4 at your Home or Other Location (travel included up to 10miles from our base - thereafter, charge of 45p per mile will apply). NB: Spencer's Wood sessions can be upgraded to Home/Location for a £25 charge. When you purchase this bundle you will be asked to book your initial session at Spencer's Wood. All services to be booked within 6 months. We cannot guarantee that all issues will be resolved upon completion of the 8 sessions. Further training may be required. Payment due in full prior to first session. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
