Puppy Course - Winter 2024

Service Description

Our course is all about establishing good foundations and setting you and your puppy up for success in the future! Because we are passionate about our training being usable in real world situations, later sessions will be held at other locations (eg. local dog walking spots or a garden centre) - putting your learnt training skills into practice. This is an 8 week course - each session is 1 hour. We also give a 1hr follow-up session at home * to focus on indoor behaviour. Puppies must be under 12mths and fully vaccinated (1 week between 2nd jab & starting course) Course dates are as follows (all Saturdays 9am-10am): - 9th November - 16th November - 23rd November - 30th November - 7th December - 14th December NO CLASS 21st/28th December - 4th January 2025 - 11th January Payment due by 02/11/24. * Travel (up to 10 miles distance) is included in this service, thereafter charge of 45p per mile will apply. Home session to be taken by 11/07/25. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.

Cancellation Policy

- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
