Puppy Course - November

Service Description

Our course is all about establishing good foundations and setting you and your puppy up for success in the future! Because we are passionate about our training being usable in real world situations, later sessions will be held at other locations (eg. local dog walking spots or a garden centre) - putting your learnt training skills into practice. This is an 8 week course - each session is 1 hour. We also give a 1hr follow-up session at home * to focus on indoor behaviour. Puppies must be under 12mths and fully vaccinated. (1 week between 2nd jab & starting course) Course dates are as follows: - Sunday 12th November 3pm - Sunday 19th November 3pm - Sunday 26th November 3pm - Sunday 3rd December 3pm - Sunday 10th December 3pm - Sunday 17th December 3pm - Sunday 7th January 3pm - Sunday 14th January 3pm £50 deposit required to confirm place - balance due by third session. Home session must be booked within 6 months of completion of your puppy course. * Travel (up to 10 miles distance) is included in this service. Home session to be booked within 6 months of completion of the course. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.

Cancellation Policy

- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service, except assessments. Assessments will be charged at £90 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service, except assessments. Assessments will be charged at £90 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
