Learn the basic foundations in Puppy Training
Service Description
Our puppy course is all about establishing strong foundations and setting you and your puppy up for success in the future, where we will build on aspects of your relationship with them including communication, confidence-building and trust. Our course has been designed so that you will be able to enjoy spending time with your puppy and be able to do more with them sooner! We cover: - loose lead walking - marker systems - recall - play - calmness - manners around food and toys - health and nutrition - socialisation with dogs - people and different environments This is a 6 week course - each session is 1 hour - plus a 1 hour session at your home * to focus on indoor behaviour and troubleshoot any issues you may have been having. Puppies must be under 7 months old and fully vaccinated (1 week between 2nd jab & starting course) Course dates are as follows (all Tuesdays): - 28th April 5pm at Spencer's Wood - 5th May 5pm at Spencer's Wood NO CLASS 12th May - 19th May 5pm at Spencer's Wood - 26th May 5pm at Spencer's Wood - 2nd June 5:30pm at local venue - 9th June 5:30pm at local venue Once this course is completed, we have further obedience training available - enabling you to achieve consistency throughout your ongoing training journey. * Travel (up to 10 miles distance) is included in this service, thereafter charge of 45p per mile will apply. Home session to be taken by 09/12/26. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.

Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
