NQT - Newly Qualified Training Our Premium package is our exclusive package which has been tailored by the whole team to give you the full Holistic Hounds experience! This package will give you priority booking along with all the services we know crate a happy and healthy dog. You will not just learn training but explore your dog’s nutrition, health and physical and mental wellbeing. One of the best features about this package is your personal check in's with your trainer. This is where you can ask questions, share any struggles and keep on track so you and your dog can reach your goals. A holistic package including: - 6 x 1:1 Training Sessions (3 at Spencer's Wood and 3 at your home/other location *) - 1-2 Video/Phone Check-ins between sessions - 2 x Group Walks - 2 x Social Sessions - exclusive Whatsapp group for life - Nutritional Consultation plus ongoing support - 50% off an Osteopathy Treatment - 20% off Appointment Chaperone (excluding travel) - 10% off HolistiCamp - 10% off Professional Dog Handling Workshop - 10% off your first online shop order When you purchase this package you will be asked to book your initial 1:1 with our training team - this session will be held at Spencer's Wood unless otherwise agreed by a Trainer. All services to be booked within 6 months. * Travel charge of 45p/mile applies over 10 mile distance from our business address. Payment due in full prior to first session. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
