Service Description
NQT - Newly Qualified Trainer During these sessions, we can help you overcome issues that may be occurring in your home - eg. resource guarding, feeding issues, barking, and door dominance. To book one of these sessions you MUST have completed an assessment appointment and been allocated one of our trainers. Your booking request will need approval from our admin team. Travel time is accommodated for in the 2 hour timeslot. Your session will start approximately 30mins after the requested time. We will contact you if this is not possible for any reason. Travel (up to 10miles distance) is included in this service. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
