Service Description
NQT - Newly Qualified Training Learn together as you work with one of our Newly Qualified Trainers - who have spent months of one-to-one time with our experienced team and are now ready to work alone with clients on a one-to-one basis. In these sessions you'll be able to work on: basic training, play work, tricks training and some behaviour work. Our fully qualified, experienced trainers are always on hand for additional support and advice. Price includes VAT at the standard UK rate.
Cancellation Policy
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booked Service or Course. - It is the Clients’ responsibility to give advance warning if not able to attend a Service/Course on the specified date(s) and time(s) booked for any reason. - At least 48 hours notice must be given in order to cancel a confirmed Service. All cancellations must be sent by email to hello@holistichounds.uk - If 48 hours is not provided for a reschedule or cancellation you will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - Failure to attend your session or class will be charged the rate of the service. Assessments will be charged at £100 a session. - The Company may consider true emergencies on a one-to-one basis and reschedule without charge (Proof may be required at the Company's discretion).
