Massage has many physical and psychological benefits with the main aim being to work on specific areas of tension, re-balance any postural asymmetries and restore normal function. These sessions can help relieve muscular tension built up through stress, illness and overuse, improve joint mobility and stimulate circulation, alleviate discomfort and promote healing.

It is important to us to ensure your massage is enjoyable and relaxing. It should never be painful, in fact, gentler techniques can be used for pure relaxation, while at the same time aiding a range of physical and stress related conditions.
